The LightKeeper® Pro is the complete tool for fixing incandescent light sets and prelit trees. This tool includes multiple features such as: a bulb and fuse tester, a storage compartment, and a three-way bulb puller. The LightKeeper® Pro offers two methods of repair. The first is known as the Quick Fix Trigger method which addresses a "Shunt" issue. After attempting the Quick Fix Trigger method, the user can move on to the Audible Voltage Detector. The Audible Voltage Detector will aid in determining the problem bulb or socket. This comes in handy for issues such as broken and missing bulbs, improperly aligned contacts, and other contact issues. Multiple instructional videos are located on the LightKeeper® Pro website in order to allow users to see how it is actually done. In addition, a toll free number is provided on the packaging so users can call in to speak to a LightKeeper® Pro technician about their specific issue.
