I am so impressed with the catering team at CharBar. For starters, the catering manager, Sarah, went out of her way to meet with me and finalize the plans for my event. She was very friendly, transparent about costs, and answered all my questions. On the day of the event, her and her team were very punctual and prepared upon arrival at the venue. They seamlessly set up and stayed out of conflict areas with other vendors. There was an issue with the florist that Sarah helped to resolve and incorporated additional decor into the buffet. Also, the wait staff helped to clear plates and rinse my rented China. They then worked with the wedding coordinator to help repack it. In both of these instances, it was not my caterer's responsibility to resolve. However, Sarah and her team went above and beyond to make my day smooth and effortless. Everyone loved the food and I heard nothing but compliments about the friendly faces. Five star quality for a three star price!!
