This is a manufacturer approved replacement part designed for Black and Decker sanders. This part is made out of rubber with foaml and it is sold individually. This is a hook and loop fastener closure system. The rough side is called hook. Its softer mate is called loop. The hooks engage into the loop and provide the closure mechanism. Please note screws used to attach it to the sander are sold separately.Changing the pad is easy and will only require a screwdriver.
