If you don't have lemon pepper and cilantro lime pepper seasonings, I recommend that you add chopped cilantro and grated lime (or lemon) zest to the vinagrette. The aroma and flavor will amaze you.For best results, marinate the cooked beef tongue in vinaigrette for at least two hours. Overnight is even better.
