How should we use the knife sharpener?

1. Turn the angle key so that the angle of the grinding tool is adjusted.

2. Place the sharpening tool on a flat work surface; place the sharpening handle and tool firmly in the sharpening slot.

3. The action of the coarse and fine grinder depends on the damage to the blade.

4. Hold the blade in a horizontal position and sharpen it 5-10 times evenly and vigorously along the curve of the blade.

Important Notes:

Please do not use a knife sharpener to sharpen serrated blades.

To avoid cause knife damage, please sharpen the knife with the right intensity and do not sharpen the knife too many times.

Please do not put the knife sharpener into the dishwasher or immerse it in water.

When sanding scissors, open the scissors blade for single-edge sanding and then switch to the other side. This can be done by pulling in one direction 4-6 times (angle fixed).

Meat knife: 14°-16°

East Asian knife: 16°-18°

Western-style knife: 18-20°

Fruit knife: 20°-22°

Hunting knife: 22-24°

Boning knife: 22-24°
